The mixer unit reminds of a palm comprised of bonded finger planes. All of them are movable, each of these levers enables regulating of water distribution and quality. The first «finger» is the tap. It also regulates switching between water supply from a waterpipe or a filter. For this purpose it needs to be lifted upwards: it will be immediately switched to the mode of water delivery from the filter; upon returning to the original position the finger again begins to deliver water from the house waterpipe. The middle finger switch regulates water pressure, just like an ordinary ball-type mixer ― by strengthening a water stream while being lifted up, and completely stopping water delivery while being lowered. The third finger switch regulates water temperature or, more precisely, mixing of hot and cold water delivered from the city network or from a boiler.
