Brand agency «Svoe Mnenie»

The office space selected for this project had several interesting features due to its former use as a factory, providing the architects with high ceilings, brick walls, and large window openings. During the project development, a complex set of interesting solutions was demonstrated: to increase the floor area, a second level was partially added (raised on metal beams and supports), accommodating a server room, meeting room, manager’s office, and a small gym; most of the walls were cleaned and treated with a hydrophobic solution for the bricks; one of the meeting rooms was made plush (covered with long-pile carpet); nearly all of the large-scale furniture was designed by the architectural studio za bor and manufactured locally. Specifically, a metal bar counter was developed, which also serves as the secretary’s workstation, along with wooden desks, plywood flower pots, and cabinets for samples.
