Office-parasite

The parasite-office is a concept developed in the design of the in-house workshop of the za bor architectural firm. It involves utilising the free spaces between houses to create original and economical offices that do not restrict access to the courtyards. In this variant, it is a three-storey volume with an exploitable roof, divided by prefabricated floors. Its frame is a single structural element sandwiched between the blind ends of the houses. The polygonal main facade is made of cellular polycarbonate; the facade facing the courtyard is flat and fully glazed.
